Some be Junos, without eyes;
Dowered with his immortal.
And a smell of spring.
Drawing colours, for a tune,
Bring a shadow green and still
Poet-dream may sit in,
At the curfew-sounding,--- ;
Pale and glimmering;
Boldly, never fearing.
From the noontide zenith
While he sinketh, catch it.
Use the blue place of the sky,
Bring a grey cloud from the east,
Some, Olympian horses.
From the chestnut forest,
I will have my chamber:
As I enter in.
Things unseen being nearer brought
Something of the song at least,
May99lib•net mists, for the casements, fetch,
Cupola and column proud,
Turning sadness into good,
But still, unchanged shall be,---
That shall be a morning chair,
Let them! Wipe such visionings
Evenings light of amber,
For my thoughts to live in;
Fit for poets finest Thought,
When for earth too fancy-loose
Naiads, without sources
Sidelong star to watch it,---
In the mutest of the house,
Las, they come together!
Branched with corridors sublime,
And too low for Heaven!
Waking in the hedges,---
Build t九*九*藏*书*网he entrance high and proud,
As I turn the key.
Unlost in the bringing:
Those too, perfumed for a proof,
Bring a purple from the hill,
From the Fancys cartel---
Silence at the door shall use
In light instead of sound.
Be my chamber tapestried
Flecked with winding stairs---
Cloudy walls divide and fly,
Than the seen, around him.
Which the wind is clearing;
Bring the dews the birds shake off,
Faced with amber column,---
Elizabeth Barrett Browning
Unrhymed and unwritten.
When the sunbeams 99lib•netcome here;
Veined by the lightning.
Turning to a sound like rain,
The sun may darken,---heaven be bowed---
Some be birds of paradise,---
Carpet-wove around,---
Crowned with crimson cupola
Where the lark is singing;
Spread them out from wall to wall,
With a vibrant touch.
Here in my soul,---that moonlit cloud,
Build a spacious hall thereby:
To which I looked with thee.
When it leans out on the air,
Love secures some fairer things
Bring them calm and white in;
Waters stringed for such,---
Gone---except that mo九*九*藏*书*网onlit cloud,
Use one with an iris-stain,
As in April weather!
To which I looked with thee!
That shall be a couch,---with one
Softemng in degree,---
I build it bright to see,---
Ranged, for sculptures, round the room,---
With a sunbeam hid in each,
Structure bright to see---
Poets thought,----not poets sigh!
Such as children wish to climb,
When the heat is sorest;
Bring the fantasque cloudlets home
For the door within;
Darkening and then brightening,---
With the showers of summer,
Following their own prayers.
If a九九藏书 riven thunder-cloud,
Hush! I talk my dream aloud---
Solemnising every mood,
For Loves self-delighting.
Close, but soundless,---glorified
Named as Fancy weeneth:
Wandering harpers, harping on
From the lilies edges:
From a sunset solemn!
I would build a cloudy House
Whence to form a mirror pure,
From our Englands field and moor,
To which I looked with THEE!
Bring the red cloud from the sun
Whereupon the foot shall fall
Cloud-walls of the mornings grey,
I build it on the moonlit cloud,
The House Of Clouds
